Thats about when I do it and always wandered the same thing. My husband swings shifts every two weeks. I thought I would work out when he got up which is an hour before I had to get up and I couldnt do it - I am not the morning person. Evening - nights are easier for me. I think its whenever is best for you.

I use to run I do prefer outside and any 5K I have been in have not been flat - usually hilly. So I will use the incline sometimes. The roads out by my house are pretty flat not hilly. I have to use the treadmill because my husband works a swing shift and I am usually here with the kids and they arent old enough to stay…

Ive been using baking soda/vinegar rince as well. I scrub my scalp with the baking soda and run it down my hair too, then rinse with water and final rinse of diluted ACV (thats the important part diluted. I have been doing this for 6 months now. My hair has never been shiny until now and its very soft. I wont switch back.…
