i was on it for a few months and I actually lost some..( I was actively trying however). I didn't notice any issues with weight gain and it was a concern for me too. didn't totally help my issues so ive moved on but maybe this will make you feel better!

ive found that logging EVERYTHING every day helps- when you get to that point where it tells you in 5 weeks youll be 10 pounds heavier? you don't fall off the wagon...you run back to it!

i hit 797 miles in 2014...and that was with a fractured ankle in May that set me back quite a few weeks...im aiming for 1000 in 2015!

im so irritated. My steps are syncing but nothing from mfp to garmin or vice versa. This is really going on for too long...and it looks like I havent done anything for the last few days!

I got a vivofit for christmas... is there any way to get it to sync the calories in & out on the app? yurbuds are great... i usually ruin mine with sweat and the only reason I ended up replacing my last pair was because I lost the ear part (but you can buy those online if you want to). I run 20-30 miles a week so I know they don't go anywhere.

the app Rock My Run is free and awesome! you can pay for an upgrade if you want.. and it doesnt have to be used just for running... you can search by genre, time, bpm.. all that good stuff.

If you're a competitive person, nike + or nike running tracks your pace time, PR's, distance and calories... I love running but I didnt when I started using it years ago... I like watching my progress over time.

I cant run if i have eaten anything in the last hour or two either.. and if i eat a very heavy meal it takes about 4 hours until I dont get nauseous.. however breathing, in through your nose for 2 count, out your mouth for 2 count will help you get back on track if you're breathing too fast. I've used it....and I also am a Zumba instructor. I just wear my heart rate monitor and make my own exercise at the end. Otherwise I think that they have a category for cardio dance or something like that.
