In your profile pictures, it looks like you have a before and after picture. I'd say that's a big difference! And I know I already replied to your post but...going from 119 to 109 will be almost losing 10% of your body weight. You will of course look even more different.

I'm really surprised 22 lbs lost has no physical change in your body. Are you sure? Did you take pictures when you were 22 lbs more? I'm confused why everyone is saying 10 more won't make a difference either. I'm pretty sure a 110 pound body is going to look different then a 130 pound body....

How late is it? It's normal for your period to be affected. A lot of change is going on in your body. Unless it's like a week or 2 late, I wouldn't be worried.

Eat later when you're hungry. Don't worry about going over sometimes and don't starve yourself.

A bowl of cereal, strawberries, or those chocolate pudding cups

I eat Wendy's at my school twice a week and I always get a 6 piece nuggets and a small chili it's about 500 calories and keeps me full for a lot of the day.
-
Peanut butter on toast. You can slice a banana and put it on too.....veryy easy and keeps you full!
-
I've been told that I look more mature now, but I'm young to begin with. I'm 22 and I've always had a chubby face but now it's thinning out. I guess it depends where you are in life

Try uploading it using tinypic.com very simple *edit* Nevermind....you got it :)

Subway. Turkey with chipotle sauce

Yeah, I'd definitely choose another exercise to mix in with it, rather than do it double.......wait til 3 or 4 days in, you won't feel like doing it multiple times a day anymore! Once you start feeling sore all the time...
-
I just finished day 5 (or 6?) and my thighs are unbelievably sore, it's the sorest I've ever felt and it's making me want to stop because it feels unnatural.. I don't want to feel like a quitter but it's bad. -___- My arms felt sore but they adjusted. Thighs are not yet

I eat 300-500 cals, go to class for 4 hours, eat 500 cals at lunch (mostly protein), have class for 3 more hours.....then go to the gym then eat something usually light. that's what i do on school days. only you know your schedule and what you like to eat...

You may not count calories, but I'm 100% sure you're still eating within a certain range. It's not bad to be aware of how much you're actually eating. In fact, I think it's important in the long run
-
Well, how hungry are you at dinner time? You don't have to stick to the guideline for macros that comes preset with MFP...I'd say you can have whatever you want for dinner! I wouldn't worry about going over their protein guide. Maybe oatmeal with peanut butter, or just another meal you'd like to have *shrug*

I just did level 1 day 2!

I love cereal wayy too much.....I never have it for breakfast because it isn't filling (for me)....but I love anything chocolatey, cocoa puffs, reeces......I really like special K with berries. I usually end up eating too much so I don't usually buy it. How sad lol

Was the mom saying her kid was fat or didn't weight enough? Either way that's awful
-
Why do people think that you can keep the fat you want to keep? ("keep my curves"?).....I don't think exercise works like that.
-
I eat it basically every day, I put it on toast or in oatmeal. It's good for protein. I've never heard anyone say it was bad. If you don't like it, get your protein from something else!
-
I love carbs. I hate when my friends ask if I want to go carb-free with them...I'm just like, um, NO!!
-
I think you're thinking too much. You are giving your body a variety of exercise. Just do it.

Forgetting my ipod/music. Or showing up to a zumba/whatever class and finding out your instructor couldn't make it and got a sub who sucks

Did you switch brands to one with a lot of sugar?

I have the same problem....Sometimes I just don't wash my hair, even if I work out, and I'll just wear it up. I have the same kind of hair as you. Also if I want to work out every day, sometimes I'll do an evening workout, then a morning one....so it's like 2 workouts for 1 hairwash....or like I said, I just don't feel the…

Yep... I know personally I am not where I want to be yet, but after everyone I know has told me "wow, you've lost so much weight" and things like that, I feel like I've done "enough"...sometimes. But no, I've gotten past that and pushed myself forward. I made myself realize I'm still "fat" and even though I've done a lot,…

Just wanted to say I love your username :)

Double up. Find a sports bra that claims to be supportive (old navy ones with the wider straps are really good) AND wear a normal bra under it. That's what I do and I'm big up top too. I have one old-ish ugly colored bra that I dedicated just to being a sweaty workout under-bra.

Yep, I used to. I moved away from a place that had Chick fil A and that was my favorite, and my new town didn't have any. So I would have dreams about it a lot and felt really fat lol... Most of my food-dreams are about fast food...but I haven't had any of those dreams in a while! It's common to dream about things you want…
