i need little help to plan my meals..its hard to find how can i spend my cals everyday..usually im arrange it on mfp.but these days i need some changes...
Specially i have problems with my breakfasts,mostly im eating at 10.30(24hour)..then im going to lecture.i cannot eat for 2-3 hours.so my breakfast should have max 500 cals and should keep me full for couple hours..

I eat 300-500 cals, go to class for 4 hours, eat 500 cals at lunch (mostly protein), have class for 3 more hours.....then go to the gym then eat something usually light. that's what i do on school days. only you know your schedule and what you like to eat...0

Some days I eat breakfast some days I don't. I mostly listen to my body.
When I know I have class or meeting or something, I try and have a protein bar, or granola or a piece of fruit with me to get me through until the next mealtime.0 -
Some days I work shifts that are just short enough that I don't get a lunch break (but long enough to get hungry, like 11:30-4pm), so I try to have a pretty big breakfast on these days. I would eat a breakfast worth up to 500 calories to keep me going for a good few hours. But you might need a little less since you won't be running around a restaurant, lol. You should probably shoot between 300-500 calories.0

I don't eat breakfast at all. I save those cals for lunch and most of them for after work in the evening.0
