As a male - Say you do cardio exercises on Sat, Sun, Monday than on Tues, Wed, Thurs you do strength training exercises. Could this method cause a weight flux or stall? Or is better to mix them up?

I think you're thinking too much. You are giving your body a variety of exercise. Just do it.0

It depends on your goals. If you want to lose weight AND hypertrophy - it's not going to happen. If you are starting out and want to lose weight, concentrate on cardio activities and HIIT workouts..0

I do strength/conditioning (crossfit) on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday and run for distance on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
The only weight stall I've had was from not eating enough calories. I guess it might be different for males because you might be gaining muscle faster and therefore your weight would change less.
If you're doing strength training, I suggest also tracking your measurements and using pictures to track your progress in addition to monitoring your weight because the scale alone will not give you the full picture.
Good job for being so motivated! Make sure you're eating enough to sustain all that exercise!!0
