I don't know any of my friends well enough to call them Valentines, except for my buddy barrcode but that would be disturbing, but they are no less specials :P So I guess to answer the question, I be Valentineless.

Because for the first time ever, I want to. Because I have been overweight/obese most of my life and it is high time that changed. Because I am young enough that I can fix this easily.

Yeah I know. And I dropped that addiction a few years back. I now drink one 24 oz Pepsi Max because I work over night and need the caffeine, one life water, and then the rest of the time, it's just me and water

I am fat because of Nintendo! My princess was always in another castle! WHY WAS SHE ALWAYS IN ANOTHER CASTLE??? And that dang dog in duck hunt! Laughing at me! Always Laughing!!!! Seriously though, videogames as a kid helped encourage me to stay inside, and then I ate crap all the time. That got me started on my path. What…

Haters gonna hate. Jealous people suck. Great job

People truly do suck sometimes. One of my roommates will occasionally make a fat crack at me. I don't mind because quite frankly, I am down 75 pounds as of now from my heaviest ever. Sure I have a long way to go, but I am making my effort, so my general response is a "shut the hell up" and i move on with my day. Can't let…

Originally this morning, since I work overnight and have not yet gone to bed, it is still my thursday, I was going to just chill out and enjoy a day of doing nothing. It was cold and dreary. Then I decided that I needed some hygiene stuff (Because the ladies don't like it when ya smell like garbage!). Could have drove to…

Since I am a guy, if I had a creepy guy checkin me out, I probably woulda punched him in the throat. That is appropriate, right? :P

Since I work every tuesday night, I will be working all night then hitting the gym in the morning. I would say "Oh the excitement", but it looks like everyone else pretty much has the same plans so wooty woot

Are you still losing inches? If so then try not to worry too much about it. Losing the weight number is always good, but there are so many factors that go into it all. Just try not to stress over it and maybe change up your workout routine

Pinky fingers! I kid... *looks around* sorry.... hyper

This is my first time using a tool like this in my weight loss and so far I am enjoying it. I think for me, I do stress over it, but I also remind myself that the bulk of my poor eating habits came from not eating better and missing alot of key nutrients. I am still consistently falling short on protein for example. So I…

Might want to try using an elliptical trainer. I have a bum knee and have no problem rockin out on that thing. Very little to no impact on the knees. Also, while I do not do them myself, I have heard that water aerobics are really good. Just some thoughts. Don't give up.

I honestly cannot remember. I know in setting my little goals that my current objective (360 - 370) by my birthday would be where I was at the end of college (Spring of 1999), but I honestly cannot be certain. My ultimate goal (as of now is 250) would have to be sometime in High school.

when I first started working out I was at 457. I burned down to 415 and felt awesome (Took about 4 months.) Around the time I met my goal, I changed shifts and spent a year working evenings. The job became way too stressful and my gym was not one of those 24 hour jobs. Once I switched back to overnights in October, I…

I am sure it may work good as a quick fix, but once you resume a normal lifestyle without it the weight will come back. That's why it is important to work hard and train hard to keep the pounds off.
-
I generally post my after pictures to my facebook after every mini goal I achieve in my "grand journey". Helps me keep everything in perspective and lets others see how I am doing, which in turn seems to encourage me to continue striving towards my goals.

Hi by the way! 1) I understand what you mean. I work overnights and some days all I want to do is say skip the gym and take my sorry butt to bed. But I do certain things to hold myself accountable. I tell people that I am going to be such and such a weight by this date, that I work out almost every day after work. It can…

The only way to know for sure is to try it and do it. You will succeed.
