  • My daughter and I ran a mud run last month, we wore old shoes and then she managed to get hers clean, I just trashed mine :o) I wouldn't recommend wearing shoes that you wanted to keep! We saw a lot of shoes that were abandoned along the pathway :o)
  • 2 hours in the gym 3 times a week and at least 1.5 hours walking/ jogging at least 6 days a week. I am training for a 1/2 marathon, so I am stepping it up!
  • I agree with the others. I am in my second plateau :o/ I know it will eventually go away though :o) Can't stop now!!!!! change up your exercise, either add to it, or change whatever you are doing so your body will be confused :o)
  • That does sound right for the mayo, because ranch dressing is over 100 for I think 2 T. I think it is like 120? I can't go look at either in the fridge, because I don't buy it anymore :) Enjoy your night out!
  • you are doing good! make sure and take measurements as you lose your weight, it makes a difference after a bit! I didn't when I first started and really wish I would have :o) I do now though! good luck as you continue your journey towards good health!

  • plain nuts and peanut butter are good sources of healthy calories :o) I don't really know what to tell you since I have started going all veggie and fruits for the low, I would say anything other than that :o) however, the nuts are excellent and high in calories............I do eat them with my fruit!
