My ipod fell out of my bra (while I was on the treadmill) and although I managed to catch it, I nearly tumbled. Everyone clapped when I recovered. :)

That awkward moment when you think you're looking awesome on the treadmill at the gym and you drop your earphones. Whilst I managed to recover, everyone was laughing (including me).
