It's called time. I was also injured in a car wreck two months ago. Don't rush to get back into things because you will do more harm than good. I get it. It's not easy going from active to almost sedentary.

I'm 5' and weigh 105 pounds. However, it's different for everyone. Just because someone else my height and age looks amazing at 100 pounds, doesn't mean I will. Build plays an important role! Don't worry about the number aspect so much. Focus on how you look and feel about yourself in the mirror.

You don't need access to weights to strength train. There are various "bodyweight exercises" that can help you achieve your goal. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bodyweight_exercise Best of luck!

I usually make a 2 - egg omelet with a handful of chopped green and red bell pepper, diced hickory smoked ham, topped off with a slice of Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, or whatever - and VOILA! 'Tis roughly 260 calories.

They carry it in Walmart now right next to the peanut butter (or at least they do where I live) I'm sure if mine carries it, yours will too. I live in redneck'sville. LOL!

In place of the 'creamy' ingredients, I use Bertolli's light Alfredo sauce. Works wonders!

That's interesting. I'm 5' maintaining at 1750 calories. I go to the gym 4 x per week for about an hour a pop. I'm not saying you're wrong, but you might want to try and re-calculate your TDEE.

Omelets.quiches, peanut butter and 'nana sammiches, homemade granola bars, breakfast quesadilla/wraps, 'breakfast grilled cheese - ham, egg, tomato, cheese', pancakes, smoothies, etc.
