Go with the HRM.....apparently treadmill default to a man weighing 70kg. My 30 min run today showed 374 on treadmill and 454 on HRM..... Also the HRM will be set to your individual height, weight and heart rate

Hiya I would say that yes black tea is allowed as much as herbal tea. I only drink green tea on fast days because if I have normal tea I have to count the milk as calories!!! But I'm only on my second week so am still learning myself. Nikki x

Hiya I'm on my 2nd week of this diet. I dropped 2pounds last week so happy!!! I exercise 5 days a week so eat 600 cals on fasting days and about 1500 on the other days. This week I'm fasting on wed and fri and hoping for another good loss. Good luck with it!! Nikki x

I'll try and eat before.....only because I don't get home til nearly 9 and that may be too late. Also I suffer from migraines if I exercise and don't eat (my sugar levels drop apparently!!) Thanks Clare I'll let you no!! My only concern is I go netball training tonight for 2 1/2 hours and am worried that I won't have enough calories to keep me full..... Think it's just trial and error at the minute. After today I will no wether this is something I can maintain or not. Good luck! Nikki x

Hiya I've started this week.....today is my first " fasting" day!! So far so good....170 Cals for breakfast and 180 for lunch. Drinking loads so fingers crossed I won't get too hungry later!! Good luck with yours and its nice to see some results for someone who's already tried it. Nikki x

Thanks for the speedy replies.... Just calculated that my TDEE is 2268 so 10% of that would be 2040......THATS A MASSIVE JUMP IN CALORIES!! I have to feel like I'm on a diet and enjoy seeing the scales move but should I just increase the calories gradually? Maybe eat 1500 a day for a couple then maybe 1700 the next......…

Thanks this may give me an answer as to why Ive gained 6 pounds this week......Half term home with the kids, no exercise etc etc and lots of carbs ;-( Deffo back to tracking everything, back to the gym (went back today!! 910 calories gone) and cutting back on carbs...I need to get these last few pounds gone before my hols…
