New diet day one......
Hi everyone Today I have started my new way of eating (not calling it a diet...) Breakfast - total 0% Greek yoghurt and blueberries, tea Snack - 6 Brazil nuts Lunch - 3 scrambled egg and chicken pieces Dinner - king prawn stir fry I have chopped up peppers, cucumber, carrot and celery for later with a pot of hummus.…

Not hungry on 16/8........!
Anyone else experienced this? Day 4 if IF 16:8.......broke my fast at 12:30 after 16.5 hours.....had my lunch which wasn't particularly healthy but handy and I'm not really hungry! Normally I'm famished by the time midday come round. Is this normal?? Nikki x

Hi. I'm planning on trying this for the first time tomorrow. Am i eating enough calories?
Hi. This is my first post as I try and stay off these forums cus I'm not very clued up when it comes to calories etc..... I am eating between 1200-1350 calories a day..... I exercise 5 days a week for anything from 45 mins to 3 hours and burn anything between 400 and 1100 calories..... I never eat any of my exercise…
