Not hungry on 16/8........!

Anyone else experienced this?
Day 4 if IF 16:8.......broke my fast at 12:30 after 16.5 hours.....had my lunch which wasn't particularly healthy but handy and I'm not really hungry! Normally I'm famished by the time midday come round. Is this normal??

I have felt like this too. Not being hungry after fasting It must be because the stomach shrinks and we don't feel the need for food like we used too... Keep up the good work with your diet and exercise routine, your doing very well Nikki. :flowerforyou: xx

I think i might have read your post wrong...sorry :embarassed: I have also had that happen once to me, but not lately i find i'm not hungry after fasting now. I think it is normal depending on what food you have before and on fasting days i think. I stick to the same foods most of the time and cut down a bit on fasting days. This is ok for me. Hope you get your diet sorted. Take care! xx

it was like that for me... id get kinda lethargic after cramming down a bunch of food, too
