New diet day one......

Hi everyone
Today I have started my new way of eating (not calling it a diet...)
Breakfast - total 0% Greek yoghurt and blueberries, tea
Snack - 6 Brazil nuts
Lunch - 3 scrambled egg and chicken pieces
Dinner - king prawn stir fry
I have chopped up peppers, cucumber, carrot and celery for later with a pot of hummus.
Exercise - 5km run and body combat class

Does this look ok- am trying the no/low carb route because my PT says I'm eating too many!,
Any thoughts would be great.

  • Try it see how you feel, see how your energy levels are. If you find its not enough maybe add a protein shake in there after your run....looks like a good plan to me.
