Thank you for your post! I started the program two weeks ago and I am loving it so far. I've always wanted to be able to run, but I always lacked the endurance and motivation. I was walking at the park with my mom and sister while telling them a story. Mid-story, I just stopped talking because this gorgeous shirtless, ripped man jogged past us. My sister and mother looked at me, wondering why I wasn't still telling the story and all I could say was...."I can't think straight...."

One thing that really helps me is to not think of it as you are restricting yourself from certain foods, but instead look at new and fun recipes that you get to try. Focus on what you CAN have.
