I make a "basic recipe" that I found online and I substituted a banana and honey for the oil. I bake it a bit longer than the recipe calls for and my kid adds whatever he likes that week to it. It's delicious and low fat.

Try PB2 powdered peanut butter. Mix it with water, 2 TBS is 45 calories and 1.5 grams of fat. It's delicious!

I once sent an email to customer apologizing for something and I apparently misspelled "inconvenience" because spell check changed it to "incontinence" and I didn't notice before hitting send. So sorry for the incontinence. :embarassed:
