  • Another bad week last week made only good by the fact I went to gym 3 times and then played 90 mins of competitive football last night. 1290 calories...it sure feels like more. I can't move my legs without the muscle ache.
  • Well i don't know how I have done it. I haven't given food a thought for 2 weeks since I went to france and ate like a pig. Still went down the gym a few times but nothing like I had been before.   • haha the French food was far too good to diet. I ate sooooo much cheese, baguette, steaks n frites I almost popped twice. Still had plenty of good healthy stuff too. Start again from tomorrow.

  • Well as expected I absolutely trashed myself over a 24hr period. Went to Clapham at 5pm and drank copious amounts of cider, ate pub food, more cider, beer, more cider and when i went home (finally) at 4pm on Sunday afternoon I grabbed a pepperoni pizza from the shop before climbing in to bed and sleeping for 18 hours.…
  • Think I am going to have a rather bad weekend. Out dj'ing tonight in London = lots of drinking. Sunday night is another party and I have a week off work so it's all going to go to pot haha.
  • Well finally cracked it, lost 4.4lbs this weejk, not sure how or why considering last weekend and the food I have been eating all week. The gym must be paying dividends now.   • Will weigh in tomorrow at the gym. Will be no loss again I bet. Have had a bad few days in this week, specially Sunday. Going gym all the time just makes me hungry ! I just wanna eat !! the wrong things though.
  • Nice one mate, glad to see it's finally dropping off. Think I might be in the same boat, can't see it shifting this week either, had a heavy weekend. Still feeling better than 2 weeks ago, weight loss or not, feeling fitter is surely better than anything else.
  • I don't have a measure. Will do after pay day. I had a bad day today on the calories and carbs. Had to go dentist today so didn't ride to and from work today so no exercise at all today. Will hit gym tomorrow hard !!
  • I didn't lose any weight but that I think is due to buliding muscle mass. We shall see next week.
  • I always add my weight training to that particular section so I have a record of weights and reps lifted. Then add the time I spent in the weights section of gym to get a general calorie count.

  • It might well be which is why I am not that overly worried it was just a shock to see 300 cals appear for 100g of the mackerel.

  • Yeah I have a dangerous habit of once a nut, always a nut. I consumed a whole tub of mixed nuts from Asda once, it had pine nuts in it and it gave me metal mouth for a week. Was nasty !!
