Yep, still carless but in a way much better off. No petrol, tax, insurance to pay for, walking everywhere but when it rains, that is when it will suck and I shall have to get the bus.

I'm sure we'll be seeing results again soon !! I need to start my running again too but doing 45 mins each way walking to and from work, I doubt I'll be motivated to go for a run too !!

That is a great start. My PB is 54:32 and that was when I was around 190lbs. So your time is a very good time.

Well done to the big losers this week. I am happy with a 1% total loss for the week. See if I can replicate this week with some big sessions down gym. Weekend away next week so doubt I'll be able to provide figures. Well done to the Softies !! What is the overall score 3-2 to Northern ??

Prob can't go wrong with a chicken pad thai. No reason it should be that high in calories. Apart from the nuts and the oil, everything else is proteins and vegetables make up the bulk.
