Counting home made wedges (with oil)

I love to make home made wedges as I like to vary up flavours like salt n pepper, paprika, chilli and cajun seasonings. I use some oil on the tray and a splash more on the wedges and they always end up perfectly chunky and crispy.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to calorie count it all. Any ideas?

Weigh the spuds before you put them in the tray and use the entry in the database for potatoes. Measure your oil in a small jug or with a spoon and log that separately. Bob's your uncle!!

So easy, I need to buy some scales and stuff then. Rubbish at guessing.

The only way you can accurately calorie count is to weigh everything
