I had a filling from dentist this evening so didn't go to the gym. I am going to the gym tomorrow morning so if you can wait until then I can send it after that.

Tonight I had chicken pan fried with oven roasted peppers, onions and garlic and thai style cous cous. Bloomin tasty !!

It's just percentage weight loss. Whenever is your normal weigh day, you need to then tell Rosy on or before Saturday morning. I weigh Friday nights for the competition but my official weigh ins are on Wednesdays for myself.

as above 250ml. I have a 500ml bottle too and I drink at least 3 of them at work during the day and usually do a pint or two of water at home too.

I really wish they would show their workout stats. I mean it's TV it's got to be edited, I really want to know/see how much time and cals they burn on those machines !!!

Official weigh in tonight but for the competition it is Friday. I'm dj'ing in London on Friday and expect to have a full on boogie fest so should burn off a few hundred cals then. Just better lay off the beers !!
