My sister in law lost 7 stone on WW and I lost 7 stone with a mixture of this and seeing a dietician and Cambridge diet. if you want WW for dietry advice forget it but maybe a group is more your thing I now weigh once a week t the gym and that gives me a print out that can't be argued with. Hi Matt I spoke with an nhs dietician and she said that there is a tendency on this site to overestimate how many calories each exercise burns. She felt that it can be overly generous. Still you must be doing something right by losing 4k in a short time.

I followed the food doctor diet and gave up caffeine and it worked for me last year- 36lb off that have stayed off. It seems to act as a stressor for a while and may burn calories but then is said to affect insulin and oestrogen. I have gone back to drinking coffee but only moderately.
