Started the Cambridge Diet and so far so good! Just started week 5 on Sole Source with 3 Cambridge products a day. I started at 14st 8lbs and now I'm 13.3& quarter lol So a total weight loss 1stone 5lbs and 3quarters and 17.5 inches in total from my whole body in four weeks an that's with NO exercise at all(as it is not allowed at this stage) Not bad if you ask me.
There has been No cheating at all..except this one time, at Band camp lol No but actually, there was this one time, last week Thursday, I was stuck out with my Freind and left my emergency shakes in my car! So I was completley stuck and uber hungry and fort OMG what am I gonna grab without ruining my diet or throwing my self out of ketosis, then I remembered my consultant said if ever im stuck and need to eat, even though I had not yet introduced eveining meals, I could have a Chicken Shish Kebab with NO sauces NO BREAD with lettece, green cabbage and cucumber. So I Ordered a small as advised and couldn't even finish it, probably cause my belly had not consumed anything other than shakes and soups(not a fan of the porridge find them vile) lol i was worried that eating ha mad me gain even though i didnt and ended uo loosing 3.5 that week and I was over the moon. So pals, The moral of the story is if you are gonna eat, eat the right things and always be prepared for the unexpected.
This weightloss journey, is good, its bad, its scary but the possibilities and the visions I see of me slim and healthy give me the courage, strength and motivation to keep going! And the weekly amounts of money I am investing in myself keeps me further on the straight and narrow! ( refuse to waist money on a lie, cause if u do not believe in you who else will??)
It's been a challenge and just wanted to share my journey with you all so we can overcome obsticules together:D
How have you found it? What's ur biggest obstacles and what tips and advice have you got to inspire others?
Positivity is the key and we can all achieve our weightloss goals:)
