Update!!!!! Im down 8.7 more pounds since my initial post. Down to 241.3. I am 2 pounds away from my lowest since I started this journey :happy: YES! its sooooo nice that this works and I can EAT :drinker:

Well this weekend has been full of NSVs for me so I thought I would share. On Friday the East coast pretty much had crazy storms and thunderstorm warnings. Well I got caught in it and live in a mid rise. I wasn't going to dare catch the elevator because people have gotten stuck in there during storms. I live on the 6th…

I went all in :) yes the scale went up. But hey my body will thank me for it soon enough!

I had stalled first with the sale losses and then inches as well. And I KNOW I was eating right and working out 5-6 days a week burning tons of cals. So then I saw a MFP pal mention they eat more and to check out this group and i did :) Its been about 2 weeks for me now.
