  • I agree that's way too low cals to be eating. Your body is starving. You need to eat more so your body burns it and doesn't feel like it has to store it.
  • It's definitely a sour, chalky taste. It took me till the 3rd one that I loved it. I like that it's thicker & less cals than others. It seems more filling to me than other yogurts.

  • I like the "Aussie Moist shampoo" & the "Aussie's 3 minute miracle" for conditioner. If you flat iron your hair, try John Freda's "3 Day straight"...it's a wonderful product. Avoid products that have a lot of "alcohol" base in them, this will dry out your hair & skin.

  • 2 fried egg whites, 2 slices of Italian bread (80 cal), 1 slice of Oscar Mayer ham (30 cal), 1 slice of Crystal Farms American Cheese (60 cal)....my version of the Ham,egg, & cheese...and all around 205 cals.....love it.
  • I have a 10 yr old & a 7 yr old and they still believe in Santa Claus. I am just going to let them figure it out on there own. Why ruin it? When they question it, I answer, "do YOU still believe?" They say "yes" & I say "then there's the answer".
  • All I know is that you need to eat enough to burn anything off. If you don't eat enough, which MFP tells me when I don't eat enough, then the weight will take a while to come off. I try not to eat my calories back. Then what's the point?

  • I love the Wii fit plus. I do the free run most of the time w/ yoga to stretch out. I just purchased the Wii Zumba fitness 2 & love it. I burn twice the amount of calories in the same time. I track my weight on it also.
  • Since we like "hamburgers", I went & bought "turkey burgers" w/out telling anyone. I seasoned them well & after everyone said they really liked them, I told them what they were. no complaints.
