Friends told me to aim for about a hundred carbs a day and high amount of protien. Drink lots and lots of water 2. Maybe you aren't eating enough calories. Are you eating back the calories that you burn?

I've had two foot surgeries so we will c how this works. Lol Its better but I have nerve damage in my right foot from the arch to my big toe. so its numb and my balance is slightly off but it's not going to stop me!!

going to only run on the rest day that they give you once a week. I don't want to over do it since there is so much cardio in the routine.
