hi and thanks, i try to eat 1200 calories a day, sometimes a little more sometimes less, but i try to stay within my weekly limit, my tummy just seems to stay the same. it sits over my waist line when i sit down. all the sit ups i do haven't changed it either

Hi, I've mixed things up by changing my treadmill routine, ie some days I run, somedays I do 15% incline, different speeds, adding hand foot weights etc. I've tried upping my calories, lowering and zig zagging them, I've not tried a really low carb diet though, could this be the answer? I thought it was unhealthy to go too…

It's my prementrel week so I'm craving chocolate like a mad woman ATM. I drink at least 8 cups of green tea a day so I do get water. I've just bought some protein bars so hopefully they'll help.

thanks i can see it now, so when it says my BMR is 1265, should i set that as my calorie setting and not eat back my exercise calories? are these already included in this figure? or is the pie chart that says 1961 what i should eat after workout? sorry but all these figures are making my head spin.

hi, MFP says 1200 but people on here are saying eat more to lose weight. also ive just bought a HRM and found out the treadmill has over estimated my calorie burn by 200 a session, so maybe thats why im not losing much?

thanks guys for your advice, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and burn off beetween 350 and 400 calories each session doing cardio, i do weights for 30 mins each session and 20 mins in the sauna each session, so i do add exercise to my diet.
