hi guys a few questions i could do with advice for. my stats are 4ft 10" 121lb, 33" waist at belly button, 34" hips 1, what would you describe my body shape as? 2, whats the best way to lose my tummy? 3, what should i be cutting out to lost my tummy? i.e carbs?fat?sugar? thanks

hi guys ive just completed the 7lb in 7 days juice master diet. followed it to the letter apart from not managing all the exercise due to feeling to weak. went for my weigh in today and only lost 3.1lb? i thought you are supposed to lose 7lb? i can't believe i went through all that for only 3lb

am i ever going to lose this last few pounds?
Hi, Im really fed up ATM with the last few ponds i want to lose. Ive tried upping my calories lowering them staggering them, upping exercise lowering it but nothing works, i gain or lose a couple of ponds when TOM is due but then i stick around the 121 pound mark again. how many calories
hi guys, how many calories do you recommend i eat a day if my TDEE is 1950 and my BMR is 1258? i want to loose anothe 8lb and iam currently supposed to eat 1200 a day but prob only eat 1000. i exercise 3 to 4 times a week cardio and weights. thanks

what am i doing wrong
can someone look at my diary and tell me why im not loosing much weight? im doing the same as my hubby and hes lost loads. just feel like quitting
