Im doing the Visalus shakes. Its pretty well the same as herbalife. The shakes are working for me. I feel fantastic, tons of energy, Im not hungry or craving bad foods. Because Im not hungry I feel I am able to make healthier choices at supper time.

I agree with your advice. family doctors cant possible know everything. Thats why there are specialties. A nutritionist is a fantastic suggestion

When I finish the c25k program, Im going to have to try this. I love the idea of intervals. How fast do you run on the treadmill?

Ive been on the Challenge since Jan 7th. This is the first time that I have been sucessful with weight loss. I have lost a total of 36 lbs (15 lbs I lost on my own before I started teh challenge) The shakes work. No doubt about it. You results are fantastic. keep up the great work.

Exercise is important when losing weight, you can lose some with just the shakes, but adding cardio and weights helps tone and shape your body

High energy music is a must for me. I found some really good websites and apps that have great mixes expecially for running and working out.

Its not my favorite disney movie, but my favorite song is from the Tarzan movie. Trashin the camp. When my son was little, and the song would come on I would pick him up and dance with him. Its a catchy tune. Listen to it once and I guarantee it will be stuck in your head.

I just started the c25k program 4 weeks ago. It helped me get through a plateau and I have lost 5 pounds since. Not only that I notices the thighes and butt slimming down and my endrance is a lot better. 1300 calories a day is fine when you are not exercising. But when you are, your should be eating more calories.

Is your period due? I find that I can never lose the week that Im in my period. Maybe change up your workout a little.

I just checked you BMI. Where you are right now is in the normal range. I think 150 sounds reasonable as a goal weight but only you can determine that. You look great in your profile pic btw.

Mine are: waist 29 in, hips 37.5 i n and bust 36.5 in. Just to give you an idea of where Im at. I have lost 4.5 inches of my bust, 4.5 off my hips and 6 inches of my waist and 14 lbs since January 7th. I lost 19 lbs on my own before I started Visalus.
