My goal is to hit 189lbs by July 27th (my 23rd birthday!) I am currently 235lbs down from 289lbs (22nd Feb 2014). If I hit my goal for July 27th, then I hope to be 163lbs by the last week of November for my university graduation ceremony. If I hit that too... I'd like to end the year being under 160lbs.

I'm not sure how this works but i think it's down to the individual. I'm 5ft 8 and from the UK. I'm 19st 4lbs and a size 22 top and size 24 bottom. Now that's obviously a lot heavier than you but only 1 size bigger! At your weight it shouldn't be too big of a lose to see a noticeable difference. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for the response. I do count calories each day but I will aim to stick to a similar number each day with a "re-feed" day and see how it goes :)

I should have stated this but i weigh all of my food, scan the labels, double check the kcal with the sites information and that written on packets, etc and I am 100% honest about my intake because otherwise what's the point. Today I ate 100kcal over my goal because it's easter and i wanted some chocolate. I realise…

Hey, I'm Kirstie and I'm from Reading, Berkshire but at university in Southampton so commute between the two. I'm 21 and 5ft 7. Currently 20st 4.5lbs, started 3 weeks ago at 20st 9lbs. Looking for other people from England to cheer each other on!
