When I work out, the machines give me calories burned for a 150 lb. person. How do I figure out the amount of calories that I burned?

My problem is that all the machines at the gym are calibrated for a 150 lb. woman and I'm definately well over 150 lbs. So I don't know accurately how many calories I'm burning. How much goes into 1 serving?

It depends on your body shape. Someone with significant larger hips than their tummies and loose weight in their tummies first, like me, can't quite get into that smaller size due to the larger hips. My jeans have always been 1size bigger than what I actually needed in the waist because of my hips.
