Practice squating with an exercise ball between you and the wall. Use the ball for support. I was having a little trouble getting my squat form down and my trainer had me practice like this and it really helped me. I watched myself in in the mirror.

I position mine right under my chest and it lays directly underneath the band on my sports bra. The bottom band on my sports bra is wide and I think that is what keeps it in place. I've never noticed having any probelms with mine and I wear mine during zumba, running, strength training, etc.
