I Need An Idea For Lunch Today

So here's my situation...I usually bring lunch to work. Today I didn't. Usually if I don't bring lunch I go get subway...which I don't feel like today. I've been really bad about eating processed foods lately however and I want to avoid that as well. There is a grocery store nearby where I can go get just about anything. I want something to eat that is A) relatively cheap and healthy and clean.
Tools at my disposal: A refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, hot water, and a very dull knife.
Obviously I'm not gonna go buy a steak or a chicken breast and cook it. I don't want noodles/bread/etc. Not for any specific reason...just doesn't sound good.
So...with that said...ideas? I thought of salad but I just don't know if I want salad. I'll probably pick up some fruit while I'm there...but I need more than just fruit.

You could go to the seafood department & ask them to steam a few shrimp for you to put on a salad.
They sometimes have soups in the frozen food section or in the ready made section. Soup is pretty healthy depending on what kind you get.0 -
Yeah the only problem is I'm not a big soup guy...
I like the shrimp idea...though I don't even really need them steamed. They sell them pre-cooked...and I'm down to eat some cold. So that's a possibility.0 -

1.) A peanutbutter sandwhich, you can find low fat pb and multi grain bread if you want
2.) Morning star frozen veggie burgers on a whole wheat bun (I LOVE the spicy black bean ones, and the garden veggie ones are pretty good too)
3.) Starkist Tuna salad and crackers lunch pack
Those are some of the things I would eat...0 -
Cooked chicken. Most grocery stores have them these days for about 6-7 bucks0

A can of Tuna with lemon pepper seasoning and baby carrots.0

Sweet Potato!0

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I ended up getting 1/3 lb of cooked shrimp & a spicy corn pico de gallo and mixing them. Then eating that with sliced cucumber and celery.
And an apple.
It was good. I'll save these suggestions for next week!0
