  • Going to keep an eye on this thread. I actually just finished Day 1 in honor of hitting my first 10lbs lost mark today. For now I am doing it on my treadmill because, like you, I haven't ran either and want some privacy as I try it. :)
  • Thanks to all who have answered, that helps a lot. I will try to do some research on max heart rates... wouldn't want to die doing a workout, but if I can push myself a bit past the zone, that would be okay. :)

  • You are doing great!!! Way to go on your first 20. I just took my 'before' photos yesterday and I hope when I do my next round I will notice a difference as good as yours was.

  • I did it about a year ago and even following the 'easy' example I lost 11" in the 30 days. I am not in great shape by any means and I was able to do it every day. Of course for the first few days I could hardly move the next day, but that went away.
