yep 98kgs or 216lbs.... guys in work say you must be 80Kgs im the same size and shape as them, wear the same size pants etc! 34" & m/L the guys who weigh in at my weight are like 38" waist and xl. its weird! the joys of having calibrated platform scales in work ey!

my personal rule is light carbs before and protien after.. but i also start the day carb heavy and slowly work towards protien - trying not to have cabrs after 5pm.. i say Fuel the body to push harder to have a greater afterburn

we have a heavily pregnant woman who comes spinning.... she now sits at the back and is told not to push it at all, its not the winning its the taking part - i think its good

gave me headaches so bad i stopped using it after four days... couldnt be bothered to go any further with it or give it another try, just going to be a hardcore au natural kinda guy! i do this to feel good not subdued due to suplementation, Que the 99.9% of people who have had no reaction, this is only my experience.

on short classes i stay up in the anerobic zone and i come out dripping and usually hit 1000 cals net ( minus 200ish for true burn), on longer classes i stay in endurance and burn slightly less.... i say hour classes are too long for hardcore spinning! click the link to see hrm trace of two 45 min classes back to back…

to exercise does not mean you loose weight.... it is mainly diet... to use exercise to keep me healthy and diet to balance the weight weight is not directly proportional to size weight is immaterial body fat % is the one you have to think about training 6 days a week is bad, better to train 4 times a week at stupidly high…
