Something that may help you as you endure or set yourself up to transition; volunteer for something that you absolutely love to do and do that on the side or as often as you can. That may very well help to create balance. Good luck!

My second 12oz's down...onto the next 12oz. I drink from a styrofoam 12oz cup. The smaller cups help me vs the bigger cups/containers. From a Christ perspective...take a week and at night while the two of you are laying in the bed, I would read the word to her. I would start with the book Song of Songs...nice stuff. Afterall, you are commissioned to wash her in the word so what could be a greater action of love than reading her God's promises!

In the past I've done Slimfast for 2weeks and have lost up to 10lbs, however I wouldn't recommend it. Just got a Jack LaLanne Juicer, pretty excited to use it. My girlfriend has been juicing for about 2 weeks and has lost about 12lbs. She mentioned that she had 2 cheat days. She's told me that cucumbers gives a great taste. The first thing I'm going to make is a citrus spritzer.

When I eat something sweet first thing in the morning I find myself less hungry all day. Its usually a yogurt or a piece of sweet fruit like a banana, peach, mango. Also, starting my day with a tea does the trick and keeps me full.
