Highest recorded was 306 but I can I know I was heavier from looking at photos, not sure but I think I once weighed myself at 315, lowest so far is 173.

Do you track your fiber? I was eating so much veg it affected my digestion, my weight kept going up despite eating at a deficit.

If possible get a HRM to track calorie burn.

217 lbs in 2:06:04, I was 306 lbs at the start of 2012 and can't imagine taking part in a half marathon at that weight, well done.

If you find it boring you could try changing the intensity. I use the rower 1 day a week in the middle of a weights session - 1000 m row assistance level 3, do it as fast as possible - best do far is 4:07, this week I only managed 4:17.

I've started weighing daily this week, the first couple of months I did every 2 weeks and since then once a week, not sure if I like it yet, but my trainer wants me to.

Weighed myself on Tuesday and I was 1.6 kg heavier from New Year's Eve and Day, 7.5 kg heavier than the 21st of December. Weighed myself today - dropped 4.9 kg in the last 2 days!

I'm 7.5 kg heaver than the 21st of December, the heaviest I've been since July. Hoping some of it is water weight, my arms and legs look quite lean but my stomach is bloated - ate what I wanted yesterday and NYE. Still seems loads considering I've not had any alcohol and exercised every day from the 23rd to the 31st.

I changed mine as this is what I look like now, I did have a topless pic where you could almost see some definition, got a couple of message saying how good I looked and I felt like a fraud. It's good in a way though as I'm determined to get back to looking that way - it was only a month ago.

I did 5 miles in 45:51 this morning, set of at 9:30. Done the same everyday this week, been ill and had a week of no exercise so enjoying being able to exercise again.
