Skin fold test yesterday at Loughborough University, happy with the results especially after spending all weekend in bed feeling ill and overeating.

New 10k PB
Ran the Coalville 10k today, I was hoping for 55 minutes didn't quite make it - a lot happier when I looked at the Garmin data - 55:35 moving time, averaging 6.8 mph! :noway: Course was 10.2 k as well so it was close. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/410744501

Anyone else aiming for a flat stomach for Christmas?
After being overweight and mostly obese all my life and trying to lose weight since the beginning of 2012. I'm looking to have a flat stomach this year, it's going to be tough but I think it might just be possible. I take progress pics on a Saturday morning so I'll post one them.

I had by body fat tested yesterday...
Body Fat tested at Loughborough University yesterday, now 17%! No % for Jan'12 @ 139 kg / 21 stone, 12 lbs but it was 31.7% @ 125.2 / 19 stone, 10 lbs end Mar'12.

NSV - HRM
I did sprints this morning, it was cold and raining and I'd had nothing to eat, after I finished I realized I hadn't adjusted my weight on my HRM for a while, been longer than I thought as it was 13.3 kg heavier! :smile:

Anyone else change their username and regret it?
When I first registered I used my real name but I changed it as I was worried about friends and colleagues finding out about it. I don't mind now but you can only change your user name once. :grumble: I'm thinking of closing this account and re-registering.

300 Workout
Did my first 300 workout today, I've never done a pull up before but managed 6 full ones in a row at the start, went a bit downhill after that but I managed to do it all without passing out or throwing up.
