300 Workout

Did my first 300 workout today, I've never done a pull up before but managed 6 full ones in a row at the start, went a bit downhill after that but I managed to do it all without passing out or throwing up.

Pullups - 25 reps
Barbell Dead lift with 60 kg. - 50 reps
Pushups - 50 reps
24-inch Box Jumps - 50 reps
Floor Wipers with 60 kg Barbell - 50 reps
Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 18 kg Dumbbell - 50 reps
Pullups - 25 reps
