...right now! Got a massive craving for it now.

5.5 kg of chicken portioned, cooked and ready for the freezer.

    No seasoning, can't taste it until Monday though as I already have today's and tomorrow's meals cooked.

    I freeze my chicken BEFORE I cook it. That way when I take it out I can cook it up whatever way I want to.

    I'm not really bothered about seasoning, also on a fat loss plan and anything not on the meal plan is not allowed.
  • Looks delicious! I must admit, I once portioned up like 30 bags of fruit to freeze for lunches, then ate like half of them :/ I don't really trust myself with pre-preparing foods anymore :)
