I'm not really bothered about seasoning, also on a fat loss plan and anything not on the meal plan is not allowed.

I ended up baking mine as I usually have them on the way to work and need to be able to eat them with out getting sticky hands.

Mine are still sticky, had to leave them in the freezer for ages, thinking of putting them in the oven.

Mine have just gone into the freezer. Note to self, if something looks too sticky to knead put some extra water ready instead of sticking your hands in and then having to try and put an extra 1/4 cup of water in the measuring jug with it all over your hands. :laugh: Also put your paper in the pan before hand as the mixture…

Get this a lot, got told there was no way I was older than 27 a couple of weeks ago. Hoping the wrinkles don't show up when I've lost some more fat.

Weighed myself, put on 2 lbs / 0. 6 kg, but body fat is the same 22.8%! :bigsmile: Good result considering I've felt really ill and only done 15.5 miles running compared to 32.5 last week.
