It's boosted my weight loss as well, smashed the 100 kg barrier, 98.6 kg - 40.4 kg gone! Feeling amazing this morning.

I'm running the Loughborough Half on March 24th, I'm a bit nervous as the furthest I've been outdoors is 7 miles and furthest on the treadmill is 9 miles.

On the Sainsburys website it says 63 cals per 100g which seems standard across different brands but 63 x 4.1 / 2 = 129.15?

After reading this: http://www.healthygreenkitchen.com/one-simple-change-a-proper-breakfast-and-an-ochazuke-recipe.html I've started having ochazuke (brown rice with green tea) and sardines in tomato sauce, olive oil was a bit greasy. I have it after the gym, did try before but find it hard to exercise on a full stomach.

I usually run on the treadmill 5 days a week, 6 miles a day. The annoying thing about buying the scale will be trying to avoid using it all the time, when I first started I only weighed every 2 weeks and now usually only on Fridays.

Didn't start counting until November (115 miles), managed 106 in December. Already 7 this year, not sure what to aim for 1000, 1200?

I've been thinking about this today. Half marathon on March 24th is already arranged I've decided today to climb Kilimanjaro probably in July.
