30 miles @ 6mph this week on the treadmill with a level 1 hill. :smile: Must be getting fitter as the number of calories burnt keep going down. :grumble: I thought of a challenge for December will keep you updated.

October 6th Coalville 10k - (16st 13lb / 107.9 kg) 1:05:51 - Garmin showed it as being only 9.75 k but it was very hilly, muddy and wet. November 11th - Robin Hood 10k - ? It's Saturday morning, I had a few drinks last night but I'm feeling fresh and I am going to the gym.

What camera did you use? I would love to record a race, got my first race, a 10k on Sat.

I got down to 108.8kg for the pic on the right from 139 kg at the start of the year. I don't know what the ultimate target is but losing 40kg this year would be a good start. I went back up to 110.4 kg last week, injured my foot and was told to stop running, went to the pub too much and had a few takeaways. 14 weeks until…
