I have one too, I was able to fit into my fat pants instead of my extra fat ones. :)

I started it some weeks ago but then I got a bad cold and could not really workout more than ten minutes without being out of breath. I will start again tomorrow. :)

CLA's are supposed to help target that area. But I have not used them myself, maybe you could research more about them or ask here in the forums.

I think you are not eating enough calories, even if that leads to weight loss at some point, it would never be a sustainable everyday habit. I have noticed that exercising even a bit, makes a lot of difference.

Usually eggs, scrambled with vegetables or sunny side up. Sometimes a multigrain thin with queso fresco and a whole roma tomato sliced heated in the electric oven. Or oatmeal sometimes. Coffee with 1% milk.

I bought the Rockin Body DVDs because they were 20 bucks, I started that this week. I also have a short pilates DVD that came with a band, I was doing that one last week. I will report results of Rockin Body on Monday, which is my check-in day.

Yo no puedo por mucho tiempo. A lo mejor la sigo por una o dos semanas y luego me aburro y es peor. Prefiero una dieta mas balanceada, donde pueda comer carbohidratos en moderación. Además Atkins prohibe la leche también al principio. ¡Sin leche me muero!
