have started properly today day 1 just complete! more fun than jm30day shred i think anyway!!! I am logging it under circuit training like I did with 30 day shred but how long do u say the duration of the workout is? do u count the warm up & cool down section as part of the workout? thanks

this might be a stupid question but do u have to sync it to your iPhone? can't u just sync it through your computer to MFP?

I have just recently discovered blogilates & it's awesome!!! just seen on Facebook there is a spring tone up video ( maybe it's just UK ) did anyone set up a group that's doing this cos add me! what should I log it under Pilates I assume!?

I started the 30day shred but got bored after a few weeks so I am looking into doing a new DVD love Jillian Michaels so this might be a good choice to begin! anyone doing it already had good results?

so if my calorie goal is 1450 a day and I do say 500 cals worth of exercise a day, at the end of the day does my net amount need to be at 1450 so I don't go into starvation mode? is that right?

I have just done recently L2 day 2 but so far I have only lost an inch off my stomach but only a couple of pounds but I will carry on with 30 day shred! don't give up!

I did google the restaurant but no website as such so no info!

every time I go out to eat socially if I know where we r going I research their menu so I can plan on what to have so I don't go mad over with calories! if I don't know where we are going I just work out harder the next day & therefore enjoy my day out with friends/ family!

OMG!!! that's all I have the energy to say about level 2 day 1!!! actually it was more fun than level 1 but it was hard but I made it through! I thought there was nothing worse than jumping jacks but oh yes there are PLANK JACKS!!! evil things!!! I did like the abs section! I think it was just nice to do different…

I always crave chocolate & I keep a big bar of Bourneville ( love dark chocolate! ) & have a few squares when i really can't control the craving!!! is it best to drink a lot of water at this time, would that help with the annoying weight gain u get?

peanut butter I am shocked at I love that stuff!!! also loved greggs chargrilled chicken sandwich till I joined MFP & started looking at the nutritional values of the sandwich! also cereal bars are loaded with sugar!!!
