Gah! I hear that! A series of life moments and I've gained all the weight I'd lost...and THEN SOME. It's killing me, and seems so much harder this time around, but I know that I have to lose the weight in order to live the healthy life I desire!

YESSSS! Incredible work!

No way! This is excellent advice. You're partners!

I totally blogged about this once. But of also like to add that most veggies suck because most people don't know how to prepare them. Steaming/boiling/microwaving vegetable is disgusting. As are most frozen and canned vegetables. Try introducing fresh vegetables and roasting or sautéing them. Also, serve dinner family…

Ghee!!! http://www.yogajournal.com/health/56 And just putting this out there: diet foods are usually much worse & much harder on your body than it's whole food counterpart. Margarine is pretty much garbage in taste & in regards to how your body processes it.

My doc actually told me no...but when I continued to question her it turned out that the only reason it's advised against lifting is because of the loosening of ligaments for the mother...that there is no harm that can be done to the baby, unless you somehow manage to drop a barbell on your abdomen. I continued to lift,…

Some of these responses are just silly! I dated--and married--and am pregnant with baby #3 to--a man who was previously married. It was absolutely the best thing I've ever done! We'll be celebrating 7 years of marriage next month. I think anyone who rules out a relationship based on that person's past is either completely…

Ha. See...science experiment. I'm totally fascinated with this whole thing!

What works for me--and controls my mood and energy and frequent headaches--is sticking strictly to a low glycemic index diet. I cannot tell you just how life altering it was for me to find that this is what I needed to do. Also, with baby #1 we tried for over a year before trying clomid (it was successful). This time we…

If they're picky there's little you can do to force them to change! Don't stress out about it and make sure you keep introducing them to new options. My oldest will turn an item down 10-20 times before deciding she actually does like it! If you're trying to make more healthful meals/snacks then my biggest suggestion is to…

Thanks a lot, guys!! I belong to our local Y and I was wondering if they had something. I guess I'll start there...even though it IS super intimidating!! THANK YOU!!

How many kids do you have: 2 boys: 4 1/2, & 3. And a 10 yr old stepdaughter. Due Date: August 1, 2012 Do you know the gender: It will be a surprise! Have you picked out the baby's name: NO!!! Where do you live: Lancaster, PA Workouts you are doing while pregnant: Sadly I've been incredibly sick so I haven't done much. I've…

FANTASTIC! And you started at a lower weight to begin with, so that is incredible!

#4 is on the way...with that being said, only you can determine if you are prepared for that 4th. Ours are 10, 4, (almost) 3, and I'm due in August. Everyone is different, and this question is one that no one can really answer for you. If you are financially stable, in a strong relationship, have the outside support…

Two babies for me, so far! And 12 weeks pregnant with #3!!!! I gained 35 lbs with each and basically started at the same weight. Which, coincidentally, is the exact same weight I started at with this one. Baby #1 weighed 8 1/2 lbs. Baby #2 weighed 9 1/2 lbs. I lost all the weight with my fist by the time he was 4 months…

HECK YES!!!!!!!!!

I like American Eagle jeans, too. And on a budget you can usually find cute jeans at TJ Maxx and Marshalls that fit nicely.

wow. WOW!!! Those are incredible jobs after only two months!!! HOW MOTIVATIONAL!!!!!!

hahahahahaha! LOOOOOVE THIS!

I've seen the reusable mesh bags on amazon, and at our local organic market, but honestly making them is easy-peasy and SO much cheaper!!!!!!
-
I <3 you. That is all. p.s. I do not use ziplock baggies at all, but do appreciate that they are useful. We invested in a couple sets of reusable, freezable, microwavable, dishwasher-safe storage containers from Costco, and I use freezer paper for meat. Saves me even more. I also use canning jars, etc.

Does my husband count? He does the dishes, makes the coffee, and cleans the joint. Yes. I definitely pick my husband.

You're a beautiful and THIN woman. I find we all struggle with body image, but some of us have an extremely hard time seeing the truth. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but look at what is heathy for your height and frame, and stay within that! Also, instead of weight goals, pick fitness goals, or at the most a…

WOW! Lady! You are doing AMAZING! I am so inspired by you!!!

This is sort of a "button-pushing" topic for me as I have been in VERY tight financial situations (read $300/month grocery budget for a family of 5 including an adult male and a breastfeeding female) and still managed to plan healthy and balanced meals for my family. I am not sure what the OP is looking for as you have…

You're baby is 8 months old so your milk is well established and runs little risk of disappearing. And your baby is probably eating solids so you really don't need the entire 500 calories typically allotted for breastfeeding moms. And it takes some pretty drastic measures to cause a drop in milk anyway. SO! With that being…

So funny!!!! So, SO True! Bwahaha!

Incredible! You look amazing!!!
