I always look at other people's carts and judge them, I don't laugh though. I just like to check out what people are eating and I'll think They're buying a lot of crap, or they are buying pretty healthy food. I wish I shopped like that.

I just sent you a friend request. I log daily but am doing 5:2 fast diet. I eat 500 caloiries or less 2 days a week and eat a healthy diet 5 days a week. I don't restict calories, I log to track how much I eat. I lost 30 lbs and am maintaing now. Good luck on your 21 day challenge. Word of advice - 1-2 goals at a time!

i wouldn't say I do cheat days but some days I eat 2400-2900 calories. However, I have been doing the 5:2 "fast diet" for 9 weeks and by eating < 500 calories for 2 days a week, I can pretty much afford to pig out occasionally and maintain my 30 lb weight loss. 5:2 is working for me!

I am curious. Why does your diet allow 50gms of sugar, where'd that come from? Fruit is healthy so I wouldn't worry about the sugar from fruit. Unles you have daibetes. But even then 2-3 pieces of fruit are good for you.

for me it's the exercise part. I can control my portions 90% of the time. But I can't find any exercise I enjoy. I love fruits and veggies and I like to cook. I know how to cook healthy. I'm just not motivated to move my butt.
