Welcome! Kudos for keeping off the 18 pounds. I did WW a few years ago. Tracking here is easier and I love the support. I like the fact that WW teaches healthy eating, lots of veggies, fruits and lean protein. Good luck and don't beat your self up over binging. I live in the Bronx, which has the highest obesity rates in New York, We are not nearly as obese as those southern states though. LUckily Mayor Bloomberg started mandatory posting of nutritional information at restaurants and banned trans fats way back. I love NY!

I see you got a lot of smart *kitten* answers to your post. There are some knuckleheads on this site. The DB is usually pretty accurate. For scrambed eggs I would add one egg plus 1/2 tsp butter or margerine and whatever else you put in it. I would say 99% of the time it's accurate. And the scanner is pretty cool!

try frozen pineapple and half the berrries. I use almond milk it's only 40 calories/8ounces. after a while your sweet tooth will decrease!

I think that you aren't eating enough. I need 1200 calories to lose weight and I am 54 years old- LOL Plus you should eat back your exercise calories. Be sure to track everything that you eat and drink. Good luck!

I think carbs are only important if you are diabetic or have some other medical problem. I also track iron - a d I am usually deficient so I take a vitamin with minerals and just track calories and protein.

I would say YES! YES IT DOES HELP! My friends keep me accountable. I'm totally honest and I know if I start not being honest, I will fall back into the old habits that made me gain weight in the first place. That "Yea!"" Way to go!
