I love my Zumba for Wii. It is perfect because I can set how hard I want it to be according to how I am feeling. If I start feeling like I am not getting a good workout I just up the intensity.

As long as it is 0 calorie then yes. I have been using the drink enhancer to drink more water. I do not like plain water so that is what I had on hand.

The key is snacks. I can not eat a huge breakfast before I go to work. So I keep snacks at my desk. I eat 5 times a day. 6am Breakfast, 9am snack, 12 lunch, 2pm snack, 5pm dinner. I do not get the OMG I gotta eat feeling.

IMHO: I would say you need to change your exercises. Get some toning videos and some small weights. Something like "10 minute solution: target toning" I don't think it is your eating you just need to exercise the key areas.

I use dry cereals. I was the one with a bag of chips constantly pre-diet. Now I substitute that with dry cereal. I put my serving size in a small bowl or zip lock bag and snack on it through the day anytime I have a snack craving.

I do the same thing. I have found that if I have something to munch on during those bored times I do better. I pick up something like carrot sticks or dry cereal to sit and eat kinda the way I used to do with potato chips it works for me. It is one of my healthy snacks for the day. Hardly ever. Also he does not have a fridge in his truck. I would love to be able to stock him up with great snacks and such for the week but without a fridge he is limited.
