So I was wrong, but here is what happened when I entered the food in MFP: Beef - Any Lean Cut of Steak, Grilled or Broiled, 16 ounce cooked 320 0 27 43 It leaves me wondering how I lose weight using this tool.
-
I don't see the problem 16 oz of lean beef is about 320 calories according to MFP.

I don't think it was a stupid question at all, it got the results you were looking for wen someone looked past the wording and understood the intent of the question. I am glad you asked because know I understand the conversion process a bit better and have two resources for wen I have questions.

Lose about 10 more pounds and then STAY on MFP to track my diet so I don' put any of it back on. Keep working out wih the hope of aging slowly and gracefully.

Dance is listed as an exercise under cardio exercises on MFP.

I haven't read the entire thread, but has anyone pointed out the caloric advantages of eating meat as being a central factor in our evolution as a species? Anyone who has ever looked at the matter objectively has stumbled over this little tidbit.

to the OP: So in response to your perceived infliction of this brigade of healthy eaters you decide thst it is up to you to define normal? Hello pot, meet kettle. Sorry folks, but it is not so true, its just another opinion that one can agree or disagree with. I was a food professional for over 30 years. I LOVE food, but…

For example: euro euros (e.g. The cost of the trip is 570 euros.)…

You know the night's magic, seems to whisper and hush While the soft moonlight, seems to shine in your blush Can I just have one more moon dance with you, my love? Can I just make some more romance with you, my love? One more moon dance In the moonlight On a magic night. - Van Morrison, Moondance

With half and half, and yes, I count the calories. The only time I drank it black was when cream wasn't available; at one point I used to put heavy cream in it, say 25 years ago.
