    I take plain low fat greek yogurt, mix in raspberries and some splenda - throw it in my ice cream maker and 20 minutes later, a VERY tasty frozen treat. Low calories, high protein.

    I've had that "ice cream" and it was amazingly good.

    Texture much like the real deal.

    I put whole almonds and chocolate chips in te batch I made.

    I will have to give this a try, never thought about putting cocoa powder in the mix :)
