Haha, this is great! ENTP: You’re single because: You’re not. You’re probably already in a couple of relationships that you’ve just forgotten about. You’ll get into a relationship when: Your INFJ wife tracks you down and demands to know where you’ve been for the past six years.

Hi, all. I've been on MFP for 2 years, did well, then got a bit lax and regained, sooo... Happy to say I'm back to diligently logging! (Still adjusting goal #s but logging nonetheless.) Looking for some supportive active friends so we can encourage each other. Bit about me: Mid-30s age, live in Chicago USA, aiming to lose…

Hi, all. Age: 36 Height: 4'10" HW: 145 CW: 139 GW: 120ish For exercise I like yoga, fast walking, light jogging, and dancing. I've been on MFP for 2 years, did great for a while, then got lazy/gained back/stressed out. Determined to get in shape again.

New diet and/or exercise routine could delay your period a bit at first, esp if you hadn't exercised in a long time. Any major change to health/lifestyle could affect it. Happened to me once or twice over the years (came a week or so late) when starting a new routine. Obv ask your doc if you're worried. Take care and good…

Hi all. I don't have PCOS (so far) but have had some hormonal problems with similar symptoms... rapid gains/slow losses, sugar imbalance, fatigue, etc. I'm determined to use MFP diligently this time so I can get healthy and stay healthy! Goal is to lose 20-25 lbs, increase protein, decrease sugar, eventually get off…

I'm ready for a fresh start too! I've been on MFP for 2+ years, did great for awhile, then gained back weight & skipped workouts... mostly due to stress, lack of motivation, the usual reasons. Anyway, I'm SO ready to take it seriously again and lose 20-ish lbs. We can all do it!!! Nursedink, great job getting started again…

35, single, childfree by choice, neurotic, and I've cut out *most* meat products for health reasons (I only eat poultry & fish currently but I may go veggie next year). Always looking for new ways to add protein to my diet with meatless sources. I've been on MFP a while and I know it can be overwhelming at first. I'm very…

Welcome to MFP! Quidditch sounds quite interesting. We all have our goals & reasons, so yours is not odd at all. I want to be in better shape for tap dancing, jogging, and overall good health. Oh, and I'd like to eventually wear a bikini for the 1st time in ages (not to impress anybody, though admittedly I wouldn't mind a…

Right?? You'd think the initial post, and the clarified "by choice" would clue them in, but apparently not... It's quite clear: We have made the VOLUNTARY decision not to reproduce.

Low impact aerobics, step aerobics, recumbent bike, dance, yoga, tai chi? Look for some workout DVDs to do at home so if you start feeling uneasy you can just stop and rest. Just take it easy at first and see what works best for you. I have sporadic vertigo spells so when I feel it triggered, I stop and call it a day. Good…
